Absolutely amazing experience. My partner and his best friend did the paintball, my dad and brother did the driving taster. All of them loved it and can’t wait to do it again! It was so good to be able to watch too! Would 100% recommend.

I attended this experience together with my wife, daughter, brother nephew, sister in law and brother in law.
Three of us had the experience as a gift and were able to drive. the rest of the family were passengers.
After a briefing from our instructor Will who was great, we were off.
what a great day we had not just driving but operating the turret sighting and firing the gun at static targets culminating in a tank battle with an opposing team.
To cap it off an interesting and well presented museum.
The staff made the day for all of us knowledgeable, enthusiastic and friendly a credit to the company.

Our group of 6 who have been doing these type of events/activities for the past 4 years decided to give this one go. We did the archery firstly, which was the first time any of us had done it and we all enjoyed it. The main event was the tank driving experience lead by our instructor "Commander" Charles who was fantastic through out. It was 3 persons per tank and we each took a turn driving, loading (paintballs) and aiming, including target practice. This was followed by a tank paintball battle with the other half of our group and wow, what a rush! I was the gunner and the sight of your paintball hitting the rival tank was such a satisfying feeling! We finished the day by visiting the tank museum which had some impressive tanks. From the location, the staff and the events it was a perfect day and the whole group thoroughly enjoyed themselves. One of the best events we've done and as a result some of us are planning on visiting the Bovington Tank Museum. Highly recommended for like minded people.

This is a perfect event for a special private party. I booked before the pandemic and had to rearrange for May 21. Right from the first enquiry I made I was impressed by the team. My party had an age range spanning 3 generations so I had a lot of questions such as whether it was suitable for people with various health conditions, what could the younger children do etc. Nothing seemed too much trouble and they took the time to make sure I was fully informed and comfortable with the booking.
As for the event itself, well I highly recommend it to anyone. The instructors are really patient as they take each person through the tasks of driving, loading the ammunition and shooting during the practise. T They make it both fun and safe for everyone. Then for the live battle you get a real sense of what it actually must be like as the hatches are closed and you view everything through periscopes. You just have got to do it, it's amazing.
As members of my party travelled from various places in the UK, I had originally booked a meal in a nearby pub for after the event but due to COVID restrictions at the time, I had to cancel it. In hindsight I'm glad I did as we went on a very rainy, therefore muddy, day and I'm pretty sure we wouldn't have been allowed in the pub. However we all brought food and was able to eat it together at Armourgeddon - we weren't rushed out once we had finished the tank paintballing, and I am forever grateful to them for that.
The museum wasn't open at the time (covid restrictions) which was a great shame as we would have liked to visit it but it is open now and I understand it to be really interesting.
My tips would be to wear casual clothes and sturdy shoes. Be prepared to get a bit mucky and if it's raining, take a spare pair of shoes for the drive home.
Remember to smile for the camera as you pass by (you'll be told where it is). We got some lovely photos of an amazing day and proof that we drove a tank!!
Well worth the money for a unique experience.
